Completed in 2008, the Emerald was constructed with many environmentally-responsible materials, including bamboo, recycled fiber fabrics and low-VOC paint, but don't let that fool you into thinking that this is a low-profile residence. Regarding individual units, there are only ten units per floor featuring six different floor plans available at the Emerald. These include one bed/one bath, two bed/two bath and one bed/one bath plus den. All of the two bed homes are corner units. Every unit includes floor-to-ceiling windows and its own private balcony. All east-facing units offer unobstructed views of Chicago's spectacular skyline while the west overlooks a modern park, complete with a dog run.

In-unit finishes vary widely: some feature hardwood floors throughout, while others have bamboo; some boast stainless steel kitchen counters, while others offer granite; some include classic flat paneled hardwood kitchen cabinets, while others have more contemporary Montalco lacquered cabinets. Still, all units provide stainless steel appliances, Grohe faucets, natural stone finishes and a TV in the master baths. All units also include a washer/dryer and heated indoor secured parking is available.

Of course, the Emerald also boasts a fantastic location - walking distance to everything the West Loop and Loop have to offer, public transportation and easy access to all expressways in the heart of Greektown! The city's best Greek restaurants are literally out your front door, plus Restaurant Row just a few blocks away on Randolph St.
